In a chat found on his phone, the 31-year-old asked the girl to send "clear video evidence" of an attack so he could prove to law enforcement why he was removing her from her home. "[I could] get in a hell of a lot of trouble," he said.

Peguero, 18, of 136 Felton St., Lowell, has pleaded not guilty to aggravated rape of a child (three counts) and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He has a pregnant girlfriend. A Richmond Hill man was sentenced to three years in prison Wednesday after raping a 14-year-old teenage girl in February 2016, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said. Albert Premnauth, 24, of Jamaica Avenue in Richmond Hill, was found guilty last month of second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. Acting Supreme Court Justice Peter Vallone Jr., who presided at the trial, sentenced Premnauth to three years in prison to be followed by 10 years post release supervision.

A meeting was arranged on Feb. 20, 2016, where the victim met Premnauth at his Jamaica home, according to Brown. The girl told Premnauth that she was just 14 and begged him to give her time to pay the money the friend owed. But the defendant refused, forcing her to have sex and then giving her $100 cash and a pair of Beats by Dre headphones as payment. Both the cash and the headset were given to the 18-year-old, who sold them to pay Premnauth.

In the fall of 2018, in the French city of Toulouse, four men recorded the brutal gang rape of a 19-year-old girl and uploaded the footage to the social media application Snapchat. Unfortunately, the teenage victim never saw her attackers brought to justice.

One year earlier, a shocking video of gang rape in Sweden was broadcast live on Facebook. The two perpetrators, both of whom were asylum seekers, were arrested during the attack after a Facebook user in Upsalla notified police upon recognizing one of the men as having raped her 15 months earlier.

Mumbai: Three minor boys were detained on Friday after one of them, a 14-year-old, allegedly raped a 17-year-old girl with a speech and physical disability at a public toilet in Ghatkopar West. The other two accomplices, aged 17 and 15, filmed the assault and shared the video on Instagram chatroom with friends.

According to the police, the incident took place around 10pm on January 13 when the minor girl had gone to a public toilet in the area. The 14-year-old boy pushed her into the washroom and sexually assaulted her. The disabled girl could not scream for help.

The suspects, identified as Juan Aguilar, 41, and his wife Margaret Wilson, 39, were arrested on multiple charges, including human trafficking in connection with the alleged crime. Aguilar also sexually assaulted the 17-year-old victim after she was kidnapped from Honduras, as per reports.

The Mahmudiyah rape and killings were war crimes involving the gang-rape and murder of 14-year-old Iraqi girl Abeer Qassim Hamza al-Janabi and the murder of her family by United States Army soldiers on March 12, 2006. It occurred in the family's house to the southwest of Yusufiyah, a village to the west of the town of Al-Mahmudiyah, Iraq. Other members of al-Janabi's family murdered by American soldiers included her 34-year-old mother Fakhriyah Taha Muhasen, 45-year-old father Qassim Hamza Raheem, and 6-year-old sister Hadeel Qassim Hamza al-Janabi.[1] The two remaining survivors of the family, 9-year-old brother Ahmed and 11-year-old brother Mohammed, were at school during the massacre and orphaned by the event.

Although she was only a 14-year-old child, Abeer endured repeated sexual harassment from U.S. soldiers. Abeer's home was situated approximately 200 meters (220 yards) from a six-man U.S. traffic checkpoint (TCP), southwest of the village.[8][9] From their checkpoint, the soldiers would often watch Abeer doing her chores and tending the garden. The neighbors had warned Abeer's father of this, but he replied it was not a problem as she was just a small girl.[9] Abeer's brother Mohammed (who along with his younger brother was at school at the time of the murders and thus survived) recalls that the soldiers often searched the house. On one such occasion, Private First Class Steven D. Green ran his index finger down Abeer's cheek, an action which had terrified her.[10] Abeer's mother told her relatives before the murders that, whenever she caught the soldiers staring at Abeer, they would give her the thumbs-up sign, point to her daughter and say, "Very good, very good." Evidently this had concerned her and she made plans for Abeer to spend nights sleeping at her uncle's (Ahmad Qassim's) house.[10][11] According to an affidavit later filed by the FBI, Green discussed raping the girl in the days preceding the event.

During his sentencing hearing, numerous fellow soldiers testified in favor of the argument that Barker could eventually be rehabilitated. They described Barker going weeks with minimal support and sleeping as he manned checkpoints. Captain William Fischbach, the lead prosecutor, said this was no excuse for Barker's actions and requested a life term without parole. "This burned-out corpse that used to be a 14-year-old girl never fired bullets or lobbed mortars," Fischbach said as he held pictures of the crime scene. "Society should not have to bear the risk of the accused among them ever again." Quivering as he spoke, Barker began weeping as he said "I want the people of Iraq to know that I did not go there to do the terrible things that I did. I do not ask anyone to forgive me today." He said the violence he had encountered in Iraq left him "angry and mean" toward Iraqis.

On August 3, 2007, Spielman, 23, was sentenced by a court martial to 110 years in prison with the possibility of parole after 10 years. He was also dishonorably discharged, demoted to the rank of Private, and ordered to forfeit all of his pay and allowances. He was convicted of rape, conspiracy to commit rape, housebreaking with intent to rape, and four counts of felony murder. He initially pleaded guilty to conspiracy toward obstruction of justice, arson, wrongfully touching a corpse, and drinking.[62] After the verdict, Spielman's grandmother fainted, while his sister, Paige Gerlach, screamed "I hate the government. You people put him there and now, this happened." Spielman is held in the United States Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.[58]

Edward William Banks of Los Angeles was arrested last week after tips from residents led officers to the 27-year-old in the 2500 block of Mallory Street, according to the LAPD. Banks was booked on a charge of aggravated kidnapping to commit rape and is held on $1-million bail.

The 14-year-old refused to cooperate and was unwilling to go to the hospital for a rape kit and her parents said they would not force her due to past trauma, police said. According to Shores police, Hernandez Garcia, who only spoke Spanish, told them he had only met the girl on Saturday and didn't even know her name.
